Winemaking: Handpicked on November 9th, 2018 these sustainably farmed grapes from Mariposa Vineyard were destemmed and whole berry fermented in our stainless steel vessels. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation were indigenous, cap management was gentle and subtle until the must was basket pressed into stainless steel barrels. The wine aged on gross lees for 8 months. Our Refosco was bottle Unfined and Unfiltered

Tasting Notes: Spicy, bold and leathery, inspired by a country who’s wine are noteworthy. Our Bc version will make you pensive. Complex, dense yet always remaining vibrant.
