This well structured wine is not like any other Cabernet Sauvignon from BC. Its a mid bodied true expression of this varietal. Handpicked 100% organic cabernet sauvignon from Osoyoos went through a wild ferment then aged in concrete for 9 months. It was bottled in late July 2018 unfined and unfiltered.
Delicate aromas of violets and sage greet you from the glass, alongside blackberry and fig compote. This sumptuous palate integrates candidly with enticing aromas.
Serve between 16c - 18c / Decant
