Handpicked 100% organic merlot from Osoyoos went through a wild ferment then aged in concrete for 9 months. It was bottled in late July 2018 unfined and unfiltered.
This unexpectedly full bodied and layered Merlot is dark and textured yet alive with ruby red fruits. Dark cherries, rich raspberries, tar and anise offer a long fleshy finish.
Serve between 16c - 18c / Decant
Enjoy now or cellar for 10+ years.
