Winemaking: Organically grown Merlot from Sekhon Vineyard in the South Okanagan. The grapes were handpicked and fully destemmed into temperature controlled stainless steel tanks were spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation occurred. Cap management was delicate and the wine was basket pressed into concrete vessels where it was aged on gross lees for 8 months. Our organic Merlot was bottle Unfined and Unfiltered
(due to the lack of chemical manipulations our wines may appear cloudy or contain sediments, this is not a fault. Please store in a cool place)
