Winemaking: Handpicked on September 26th, 2018 these organic grapes from the Osoyoos East Bench were 100% whole cluster fermented in our tulip shaped concrete vessels. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation were indigenous, cap management was gentle until the wine was basket pressed into concrete vessels where it aged on gross lees for 8 months. Our Syrah was bottle Unfined and Unfiltered
(due to the lack of chemical manipulations our wines may appear cloudy or contain sediments, this is not a fault. Please store in a cool place)
Tasting Notes: Smell of lilacs bloom to no end, a nebulous glow of purple, perfect, and unperturbed. A cotton blow unlike anything colourful adding a bouquet for your spring stitched stem by stem.
