Winemaking: Sustainably farmed our Muscat is an assemblage of Whole Cluster (70%) pressed and Skin fermented grapes (30%). Following indigenous alcoholic fermentation and partial malolactic fermentation the wine was aged in our stainless steel vessels for 5 months on gross lees. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
(due to the lack of chemical manipulations our wines may appear cloudy or contain sediments, this is not a fault. Please store in a cool place)
