Handpicked 100% organic cabernet franc grown in the South Okanagan went through natural ferment. After 17hrs on skins this electric juice was pressed off and into a stainless steel tank to age for a further few months before being bottled in April 2018.
This dry Rosé made of 100% Cabernet Franc is both complex and serious. Each mouth-watering sip full of field strawberries entertains savoury aromatics and a kick of dry spice to offer a Rose unlike any other.
