Winemaking: Organically and sustainably farmed hand harvested blend of Pinot Blanc(72%) and Pinot Noir(28%). Whole cluster pressed into a mix of concrete and stainless steel vessels where it underwent spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. The wine was aged on gross lees for 4 month prior to secondary fermentation taking place in our state-of-the-art Charmat tanks; designed to lie on their sides, replicating a bottle en tirage.

(due to the lack of chemical manipulations our wines may appear cloudy or contain sediments, this is not a fault. Please store in a cool place)

Tasting Notes: Always willing to walk on a fine line our Very Troubled Child will forever keep you on your feet. A mouthful of energy, this wine will remind you that the only love needed is the one from its child.

Aging Vessel: Concrete
