'Very Troubled Child' - Metodo Italiano Sparkling Rosé Brut. Sustainably farmed Pinot Blanc and Organic Pinot Noir was grown in sandy soil from the South Okanagan and hand harvested in mid to late September 2017. Ferment was dry and cool in Stainless Steel.
