This uniquely dry viognier presents plush aromatics with a rich mouthfeel full of apricot, pineapple, and ripe lemon pulp. Textured floral notes and lemon drops linger for a long finish.
Our 100% single vineyard Viognier was grown in fluvioglacial deposits of loamy sand from the Rock Pile Vineyard in Oliver. The grapes were hand harvested on Nov 16 2017 after a season long growing season. Wild Ferment occurred in concrete at slightly warmer temperature for enhanced textural aspects followed by concrete aging on gross lees for a further 6 months. Unfined and unfiltered enjoy now or cellar for 5+ years.
